Pilothouse Cloud · waitlist

Not built yet. Here’s what we’re planning.

Pilothouse today is a free, open-source binary that needs no account. Some things are genuinely easier with a hosted service. If you want them, tell us — the waitlist decides what we build first.

Hosted relay, end-to-end encrypted

Answer from your phone without setting up Tailscale. The relay would carry ciphertext only; the relay itself will be open source and self-hostable.

Several machines, one inbox

Your laptop, your desktop and that VM under the desk in a single view on your phone.

Team policies

Shared rules for a team, layered with each developer’s own — any deny still wins.

Team inbox and audit export

Who approved what, from which device, and why — exportable for the people who have to ask.

What won’t change

  • The open-source product stays complete for individuals. Policies, the inbox, wrap mode, tasks, phone approvals over Tailscale — free, Apache-2.0, no account.
  • No usage telemetry in the binary, Cloud or not.
  • Never priced per agent or per approval. That would punish exactly what Pilothouse is for.
  • Honest status. There’s no pricing, no date and no beta yet. Joining the waitlist gets you one email when that changes — nothing else.
